Well we don’t even have windows and doors ordered. And it takes a month to get them back. We signed contract last November or early December. Trusses were also left on ground for a while before putting up. They still have sand and dirt on them after installed. My entire house look is gone because of their poor workmanship. Rhino homes/Mark Southwick have over 250,000 in liens against homeowners properties in Charlotte county alone! They are not paying the sub contractors or suppliers. Don’t get involved with this nightmare. Find a different, reputable builder that pays his bills. Another thing they are not flexible, should you wish for adjustments during construction!
